I spoke about it in a previous post, and I have been devouring Barramundi like no one’s business lately. Every time I go shopping, it seems to be on sale.
That’s lunch for today. Some fish, assorted veggies, and cheese for a snack. Just a little bit of pepper and garlic powder, and those fillets really come alive.
I’ve been doing some light weight exercises for my wrist this week. Two weeks off the heavy stuff and lots of ice has been very beneficial, as the pain is gone most of the time, and when it is present, it’s very light. I did a few lifts today at 1/3 weight, and everything went fine. Going to continue the ice for the foreseeable future. Tomorrow will be the real test, as Thursday is one of my more intense days. Just going to take it easy and listen to my body.
Hope everyone is doing well. I’m loving this weather, and have taken advantage of it with a few long distance walks.
